These terms and conditions govern your use of the HighVis website (highvis.net) and any marketing services provided by GOHIGHVIS LTD t/a HighVis.
1. Services
HighVis provides digital marketing services, AI-powered growth tools, and website development for UK tradesmen. Services are delivered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. No Lock-In Contracts
All marketing packages operate on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees or penalties for cancellation.
3. Ownership
You retain full ownership of all assets we create for you, including but not limited to: websites, content, ad accounts, Google Business Profile optimisations, and lead data. Upon cancellation, all access credentials and assets are transferred to you.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued monthly in advance
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
5. Website Services
Website builds include a one-time setup fee and ongoing hosting/maintenance. Websites remain your property. We provide hosting as part of the service — if you cancel, we will assist in migrating your site to your chosen hosting provider at no additional cost.
6. AI Growth Tools
Our AI-powered tools (receptionist, chat agents, review automation) are provided as part of applicable packages. These tools process customer communications on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your customers are aware of automated responses where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we work to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, search rankings, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, and service quality. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
8. Intellectual Property
The HighVis brand, website design system, proprietary AI tools, and internal processes remain our intellectual property. Client-specific content, assets, and data belong to you.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to provide misleading information about your business, qualifications, or services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
